● I am licensed with the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services as a Childcare Home I

● I am registered with the NDHHS to provide subsidized childcare (Title XX)

● I am the first endorsed Eco-Childcare in Omaha and the second in Nebraska

● I am sponsored by Midwest Childcare Assoc. to participate in the The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP, or Food Program)

● I keep current in my knowledge of care for children with Juvenile Diabetes and am able to work with your child, family and physician to manage the care of Type I Diabetes

● I keep my infant/child first aid and CPR certifications current

● I am a member of the following childcare organizations: Nat’l Assoc for the Education of Young Children, Nat’l Assoc. of Family Child Care,  and of course ChildCare Share Resource & Support Group Omaha

● I have the following experience with children:  I developed a tutorial program for homeless and at-risk children in the Oakland Bay Area.  I worked on staff at the Omaha Boys & Girls’ Club.  I worked as a kindergarten teacher’s assistant.  I have enjoyed raising four wonderful children and contributing to the upbringing of a number of foster children
